Entering Batch Number and Batch Expiry Dates in Vision 3

When entering immunisation data in Vision 3, make sure to enter only the batch number into Batch Number.

If the input is over 30 characters or contains a quote (“) character, a pipe (|), a backslash (\), or a carriage return/line feed the data could be rejected causing anomalies between the data entered and the data extracted.

If you want to enter an expiry date, you should be entering this in to Notes.
