Mail Manager maintaining Frequent Staff List

Did you know you can have a pick list of staff to allocate mail to in Mail Manager?

When you right click on a message in mail manager a pick list displays, which includes options to view the entire staff list or choose from a predefined staff list.

You can add multiple staff members to the list, this can be done through Control Panel.

Note - To do this you will need to have System Manager rights.

  1. From the Vision main menu, choose the Management Tools tab, followed by Control Panel.
  2. From the Control Panel module select File Maintenance from the lower left corner.

    The File Maintenance view displays.
  3. Select the Staff Groups tab.
  4. Expand the System option, then Frequent staff followed by Mail Allocation.
  5. Right click on Mail allocation and select Add Staff Member(s) from the drop-down list.
    Or to remove a member of staff, select Remove Staff Member(s).
    Depending on the option selected the Select Staff Member  - Add or Select Staff Member - Removal  screen displays.
  6. To add a new user, in the Select Staff Member  - Add screen, choose the staff name and select OK.
    You can select multiple staff members by holding the Ctrl key as you click on each staff member.
  7. To remove a user, in the Select Staff Member  - Removal  screen, choose the staff name and select OK.
