Issue with Vision+ All Patients Report when used for recalls

SIS 10480 introduced an enhanced filtering method in Vision+ Reporting to allow more flexible recalls.

An issue has been reported of changed behaviour with the All Patients report when used in conjunction with filtering whereby additional invitations are sent to patients and posted back to the patient record.  If this occurs and the invitations are sent by SMS, then additional SMS texts would be used.  We are currently investigating the issue and, in the meantime, our advice is to avoid using the All Patients report until we have released a fix for this.
