Using the customise button in the Vision+ SMS appointments reminder search, you can quickly change the search filters.

This is particularly helpful if wanting to send appointment reminders on a Friday to patients who have an appointment on a Monday. The benefit is that the patient can, if required, cancel their appointment over the weekend, rather than receiving a text message reminder on a Sunday.
